Promotion terms

There is no subscription on this site

Everything here is bought outright, once. There is no membership, no paid tier, no stored credit, no loyalty points, no “stone of the month” box and no recurring charge of any kind. Nothing you do on this site will result in a repeat payment, because there is no mechanism on it that could take one.

Free UK delivery over £120

• Applies to the goods total including VAT, before any discount code is applied.
• UK mainland and UK offshore addresses. Not Ireland, the EU or the rest of the world.
• Gives the tracked standard service. Next working day remains chargeable at £9.95.
• If you return part of an order and the goods you keep fall below the threshold, we may deduct the standard delivery charge that would have applied — see refunds.
• The threshold may change. The threshold that applies is the one shown in your basket when you order.

First-order discount code

• One code per person and per household, usable once. It is not reusable and cannot be reissued once redeemed.
• Applies to the goods total, not to delivery.
• Cannot be combined with any other code. Only one code may be applied to an order.
• Minimum spend, percentage and expiry date are stated on the code itself at the point it is issued. Where nothing is stated, the code expires 90 days after issue.
• Excludes the Gem-Safe Care Set and any item already marked as reduced.
• If you cancel an order paid for with a code, we refund what you actually paid. The code is reinstated once, if it has not expired.
• Codes have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for cash or credit.
• We may withdraw a code at any time; orders already placed with it are honoured.

Gift packaging

• Free on every order. Select it at checkout.
• The piece arrives in a rigid box with a cotton pad, inside a plain unbranded outer mailer.
• No price appears on any document inside a parcel marked as a gift.
• The gem declaration card still ships with the piece — the person receiving it needs to know the cleaning limits.

Mailing list

• Free to join, free to leave, and never a condition of buying anything.
• Occasional emails about new pieces and care advice. No fixed frequency and no daily sends.
• Every email carries a one-click unsubscribe link, honoured immediately.
• We do not sell or rent the list, and we do not use it for anyone else’s marketing. See the privacy notice.
• Joining the list does not entitle you to a discount and does not create any obligation on you.

How we handle pricing generally

• Every price shown includes VAT. Nothing is added at checkout except delivery, which is shown before you commit.
• We do not display a struck-through price unless the item was actually offered at that price for a meaningful period beforehand.
• We do not use artificial deadlines, stock-scarcity counters or pressure messaging.
• Where an obvious mispricing occurs we may decline the order and refund it rather than fulfil it — see terms, clause 6.

General

All promotions are open to consumers aged 18 or over resident in the countries we ship to. They are not open to trade buyers. We may vary or end any promotion; orders already placed are unaffected. Any question about a promotion goes to support@ishtarjewellery.shop. These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales.
