This item is sealed. Once the seal on the solution is broken it cannot be returned for hygiene reasons under Regulation 28(1)(e) of the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. If the seal is intact, the ordinary 14 day right to change your mind applies. Your rights if the item arrives faulty are unaffected.

About this piece
A two-layer polishing cloth and a 50 ml pH-neutral solution, chosen to be safe on hard, non-porous, untreated stones and on precious metal. It is not safe on everything in this catalogue. Do not use the solution on fracture-filled stones, on stabilised turquoise, on pearl, on opal or on any porous material — soaking can drive filler out, lift resin or get behind nacre. For those, use the dry cloth only. Full restrictions ship with the set and are also on the care guide. Once the solution seal is broken this item cannot be returned, which is stated again at checkout.
