This diamond is lab-created. It was grown in a reactor, not found in the ground, and it is labelled that way everywhere it appears on this site. Chemically and optically it is diamond: carbon in a cubic lattice, Mohs 10. It ships with an independent grading report identifying it as laboratory-grown, with the report number laser-inscribed on the girdle. Colour and clarity grades are stated on the report supplied with your specific stone.

Report arrived with it and the inscription on the girdle matches. Labelled lab-grown at every step, which is the only reason I bought here rather than somewhere cheaper.
